O ministro das Finanças da Grécia, Yanis Varoufakis, afirmou nesta Quinta-feira, 2, que irá renunciar de seu cargo se o referendo no fim de semana sobre os termos do resgate resultar for "sim".

Questionado pela TV Bloomberg se ainda seria ministro das Finanças na segunda-feira à noite se os gregos votarem "sim", Varoufakis disse: "Não serei...eu pessoalmente não assinarei outro (acordo) de prorrogação e fingimento", garantiu.

Varoufakis afirmou que o Governo grego encontrará uma maneira de alcançar um acordo com os credores se, como ele não espera, os gregos votarem a favor dos termos da oferta. "Talvez mudemos a configuração do governo", completou.
